Community Care Packages
If you're considering moving into low level residential care but don't feel that you're there just yet, then why not consider a community care package. Our care packages are tailored to suit your needs and designed to help you stay in your own home for as long as possible.

Your community care package is fully flexible, which means that as your needs change, your care package changes too.
Some services you can choose to include in your care package can be:
- Personal care
- Housekeeping/laundry
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
- Socialisation
- Gardening
Our Community Care Packages are funded through the Commonwealth Government, however there is still a fee for this service. The government currently stipulates a 17.5% of the pension, however, if you choose a community care package we will work with you to ensure your personal circumstances are taken into account.
