Veterans Home Care
An initiative of the Department of Veterans Affairs to meet the needs of Veterans and War Widows who are Gold or White Card holders.
To access services please call the regional Veterans' Home Care Agency on 1300 550 450. The agency will provide you with information on the service offered and undertake an assessment. Once your needs have been assessed a referral will be made to an approved service provider including Mercy Aged Care. You can tell the assessor your preference for the referred agency and they will attempt to meet this request.
