Mercy Employment have been placing jobseekers in employment for over 10 years and we understand how hard it can be to find work. That's why we have made it part of our duty to get to know your skills and abilities in order to assist you in finding suitable, long-term employment.
Our aim is to help you find work as quickly as possible. Our experienced staff will work with you to ascertain your current skills and to discuss work opportunities, giving expert advice on specific industries and possible job openings. Mercy Employment have specially trained staff that can help you explore your options and can work with you to develop a strategy for your future career.
Our staff will work closely with you through a number of programs:
- Job Matching - this service aims to help jobseekers find suitable employment.
- Placement Assistance - aids and supports those that are more disadvantaged and works with them to assist with re-entry into the workforce.
- Job Search Training - involves a range of training to improve jobseekers' job search skills and motivation in looking for work.
- Work Experience - if you would like to learn on the job skills in a new industry we can organise a short term work experience placement with one of our employers.
- Training - We can organise training courses* for some jobseekers to assist them in developing skills necessary for employment.
