Coolock Units - Young Mothers

The Coolock Units provide medium term accommodation (6 months) for single mothers between the ages of 16 and 25 years.

The service assists single mothers

needing support as they work towards independent living.

Single mothers are accommodated in a 2 bedroom unit. This accommodation is in the City of Stirling.

A Support Worker visits on a regular basis (usually weekly) to give assistance with the development of social, parenting and life skills and to provide emotional support.

Cost is determined on individual income.

The admission process may take up to 2 weeks.
