Youth Support Service
Mercy Youth Support Service provides assistance to young people, primarily aged over 18 and up to 25, to obtain their own accommodation in the private rental market. Those under 18 will need someone to sign the lease.
A Support Worker is available to visit on a regular basis (usually once a week) to help the young person maintain their independent life style. The time and level of support is negotiated with the young person.
There is no cost for this service.
Assessment of suitability for this service may take up to a week.
The Youth Support Service supports up to 15 young people.
