greenhouse challenge plus
Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley has signed the Greenhouse Challenge Plus Programme Agreement.
Under this Agreement the Hospital has pledged to work with the support of the Government to ensure appropriate, practical and cost-effective actions are made to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and to encourage its staff and other external stakeholders to implement their own actions.
Current Projects include:
- A reduction in waste
- Responsible waste disposal eg. recycling
- Energy conservation
