Accreditation
In order to admit patients, operate, or render professional services to Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley, GPs and Medical Specialists must be accredited to hold clinical privileges.

Completed applications should be returned to the Sue Gray, Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley, Thirlmere Road, Mount Lawley, WA, 6050 or fax on (08) 9272 1229 and should be accompanied by copies of:
- Curriculum vitae
- Current laser and or radiolological council licence (where relevant)
- Proof of current indemnity cover
- MRSA clearance
