Pastoral Care
Pastoral Care Staff and Chaplains are an integral part of the Mercy Health Care Team. These services are private and confidential, patients may elect to receive pastoral or spiritual support during hospitalisation.
Religious affliation or denomination is not a pre-requisite for patients, family or friends to receive pastoral care or spiritual support during hospitalisation.
Mercy Chapel
The Mercy Chapel is situated on the lower ground floor of the Hospital. Patients and visitors are welcome at any time.
Catholic Eucharist
Services are held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8.45am and are telecast on the 'Chapel Channel' on patient TV sets.:
