Responsibilities:

In addition, we are also looking for Registered Nurses committed to delivering high quality and excellent care to our patients, and are looking for nurses with an interest and experience in the following specialties medical, general surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, urology, colorectal, gynaecology, specialist fast track rehabilitation unit.

We are looking for staff who have:

  • the ability to uphold and promote the Mission and Values of the MHML Organisation;
  • registration as a Registered Nurse Division One (1) with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia;
  • knowledge and experience gained throughout your nursing career, including advanced acute clinical nursing skills particularly orthopaedics, ENT, gynaecology, colorectal, urology, general surgery, high dependency and medical nursing;
  • highly developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in group facilitation, clinical teaching, conflict resolution and negotiation, preparation of reports and development of policies and procedures;
  • developed research skills and an ability to interpret results relating to evidence based practice to initiate safe and best nursing care;
  • are committed to their own personal and professional development.
