Role: The Support Worker role is to provide assistance with activities of daily living to clients living in the community.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living to maintain the clients ability to function at their highest ability, maximising their independeance and maintaining social networks within the community.
Provide personal care, domestic duties and social support as required.
