Extended Aged Care At Home Packages (EACH)
Provide high levels of support to assist frail aged people to remain living in their own homes by providing a range of services to meet individual care needs.
Our care packages are tailored to suit your needs and designed to help you stay in your own home for as long as possible.
Support is available with registered nursing care, allied health professional
- Assistance with oxygen and/ or enteral feeding
- Wound Care
- Personal Care
- Housekeeping/laundry
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
- Socialisation
- Gardening
EACH Packages are funded through the Commonwealth Government, however there is still a fee for this service. The government currently stipulates a 17.5% of the pension; however, if you choose an EACH package we will work with you to ensure your personal circumstances are taken into account.
