Patient FeedbackMercy Hospital Mount Lawley values feedback from patients.

Our aim is to provide the most appropriate service, in a courteous and respectful manner.

At any time during your stay, should you experience problems with your recovery or the level of service provided do not hesitate to discuss this with the nursing staff who will take action to ensure your stay is comfortable.

We wish to solve problems quickly and appropriately so please tell us if there is a problem. Misunderstandings are often settled by talking things over with the direct staff member first or alternatively ask to speak to the Nurse Unit Manager.

To make a written suggestion, comment, complaint, you can:

  • Complete the form 'Tell us about your stay' available on all wards. If you are unable to locate this form, please ask our staff who will be happy to provide you with one. This form can also be found on our website if you prefer to complete this in the comfort of your home please click here.
  • Contact the Executive Office on Tel: (08) 9370 9290 to speak to someone directly.
  • Ask a relative or friend to provide feedback on your behalf if you would prefer.
  • Write your feedback in a letter and either post or fax it to the Director of Nursing with Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley, Thirlmere Road, Mount Lawley WA 6050. Fax: (08) 9272 1229.

In addition you are invited to comment on your meal service with your daily menu. Your feedback will enable us to continue to maintain a high quality service. Follow discharge you may also be asked to complete a "Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey". This is managed by an independent body and confidentiality is assured.
