Parking
Free parking is available at the front of the building, along Ellesmere Road, and next to the Mercy Medical Centre.

Sending Email
Patients can receive email during their Hospital stay by using the following email address:
hospitalpatients@mercycare.com.au
Messages will be received by staff at the Hospital's main reception, printed and delivered to the patient's room daily.
If you don't know the patient's room or ward please clearly state the patient's name on the correspondence.
Visiting Hours
General Wards and Family Birthing Unit: 8.00am - 1.00pm and 3.00pm - 8.00pm - Patient Rest Period 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Family Birthing Unit Unrestricted for fathers and siblings
Mercy Restorative Unit: 8.00am - 8.00pm
Ursula Frayne Unit: Monday - Friday 3.00pm - 8.00pm, Saturday / Sunday 10.00am - 8.00pm (visits are not recommended at meal times)

GP After Hours Clinic
Mercy Hospital supports the provision of this community service by providing accommodation for the After Hours GP Services.
Managed and run by local family doctors, the Mercy GP After Hours clinic operates from Suite 11 of the Mercy Medical Centre from:
Monday - Friday 7.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 2.00pm - 10.00pm
Public Holidays 10.00am - 10.00pm
