MercyCare's Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organisation. Each year hundres of Perth people kindly donate their time and energy to help provide a wide range of services to people inour community. There are lots of ways in which you can donate yourtime, skills, energy or knowledge and make a difference in the life of someone less fortunate.
Be a hands-on volunteer
Throughout the history of the Sisters of Mercy people have volunteered their time to help provide services to people in need in the community. This tradition continues today, with volunteers being an integral part of the organisation.
Volunteers are valued members of the MercyCare community, enhancing and extending the services offered to residents, clients and patients. Volunteers are involved with services including:
- Residential Aged Care
- Community Aged Care
- Child Day Care
- Employment & Community Programmes
- Mercy Restorative Unit
- Family Birthing Unit
- Hospital Admissions
- Endoscopy Suite
