Community Aged Care

Community Aged Care is aimed at helping clients maintain an independent lifestyle in order to stay in their own home for as long as possible. Volunteers make this an easier task for clients by helping them with things such as:

Transport
Basic home maintenance
Garden tidy ups
Visiting/companionship
Assistance in our seniors day centre

Requirements

Genuine empathy and interest in the client group
Good communication skills

Location

Community Aged Care Clients are located throughout the Perth metro and Kwinana/Rockingham areas. Day Centre's are located in Wembley and Kwinana.
