Choosing a career as a carer couldn’t be easier with Mercy Training. With courses ranging from Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Health Service Assistants, the only question left is when to start.
We talked to past-student, Marilyn, who began the five-week Aged Care course with Mercy Training and within six-weeks started work as a carer with Mercy Aged Care.
“They were very good. Everything was covered thoroughly and it was very professional.” Marilyn said of Mercy Training.
“I read an advertisement for the carer’s course in my local paper and went along for an obligation free information session. When I completed the course an employee of Mercy Training suggested I forward my resume for work in Mercy Aged Care. I sent my resume through and within a week and half started working as a carer.” Marilyn explains as she bustles from patient to patient.
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working as a carer for Mercy Aged Care for the past 12 months. I’d highly recommend Mercy Training to anyone interested in becoming a carer. They are supportive, friendly and very welcoming.”
If you too would like to start a career in caring, Mercy Training has courses starting again in April and May so call now, to register your interest.
