Welcome to MercyCare's Early Learning Centre in Landsdale
Here's a little about us...
At Landsdale we provide a wealth of learning experiences that shape our children’s learning. We are a 65 place centre, offering care to children aged between six weeks and six years old. Our vacation care program is on offer to children up to ages of 12years old.
Our team of long serving educators is like one big happy family, sharing their passion, dedication and knowledge to provide a nurturing and caring environment for the children attending our centre.
What’s our Philosophy of Care? We understand and recognise that children are active learners and learn best through play-based experiences. Our experienced educators generate reflective and responsive plans to create the potential for both intentional and spontaneous learning opportunities for children to become successful, competent and capable learners with clear understanding and connection to their sense of self, the community and the world around them.

Parents at our centre love the peace of mind that comes with the app we use to communicate with them throughout the day. Xplor provides real time updates with photos about what your child is enjoying and discovering with their friends and educators.
Children of all ages also have the opportunity to contribute to our veggie and herb gardens. Not only do we teach children about where their food comes from, but they learn about how to care for things and how things grow and develop.
An exciting vacation care program is also on offer to cater to your child’s interests and hobbies. We aim for your children to have a great time, participating in activities, incursions and excursions that are fun and entertaining – all of which are planned through feedback and suggestions from you and your child. The service includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch and the cost of all activities.
'it is so hard to leave your children with other people, but there is so much love and respect at your centre, you all care for the children like they are your own, it makes it easier somehow.'
‘I honestly want to tell you how grateful and happy we are having Allie come to your Centre... she is growing and learning so much more than I could ever teach her if I weren’t working. Her development and confidence, love for other kids and babies, independence, nursery rhyme knowledge - she truly is coming home on a daily Basis with something new she’s learnt.'
