Every day’s a fun day
Whatever the weather, there’s always plenty of fun things for our children to do – from feeding our resident chooks and growing delicious vegetables in our very own veggie garden, to getting their little bodies moving as part of our optional Happy Feet dance and movement program.
With their caregiver’s permission, our older children enjoy exciting excursions on our bus to interesting places like the local library, helping to build their independence and sense of responsibility allowing them to make connections with their community.
Ages and stages
There are three rooms within our centre separating our babies, toddlers and kindy children.
Outside, there are two play areas which provide wonderful opportunities for our older age groups to engage with one another. Playing together allows the toddlers to become more curious explorers who seek out challenges and teaches the kindy children to be caring, considerate and supportive of their younger peers.
Before and after school care
Adjusting to shorter school hours can be difficult for working families, that’s why we’re pleased to support families as their little ones grow by offering before and after school care for children up to 6 years of age.
Stay connected
Children grow and develop so quickly, it’s normal to feel like you’re missing out when they’re in care. That’s why parents love the peace of mind that comes from our Xplor app, which we use to send real time updates with photos throughout the day so parents can check-in to see what their child is doing and how much fun they’re having with their friends and educators.
Location
Conveniently situated by the roundabout on Poad Street (entry off Escalona Turn), our centre is centrally located with easy access from surrounding major roads. Our large car park directly in front of the building makes drop-offs and pick-ups safe and easy.

Manager There is nothing better than watching a child reach their goals creating those absolute ‘wow’ moments. I love working with children. It’s been my passion ever since I was small.
When I moved to Perth in 2015 I pursued that passion by joining the MercyCare Early Learning family at our Bedford Centre as a casual educator. I was then promoted to MercyCare’s Bassendean Early Learning Centre as room leader before stepping up to the 2IC role.
I hold a Certificate 3 and Diploma in Children’s Services and am currently completing my Bachelor in Early Childhood and Primary studies.
Being part of a community is something I hold closely, so I am excited to get to meet and get to know the children and their families at Seville Grove Early Learning Centre.
“From the first time I stepped into the doors I have felt welcomed, comfortable and confident in my decision to enrol my daughter. Any concerns or worries that I have expressed to Emily she has gone above and beyond to re-assure and accommodate me and my family’s needs. My toddler is a full time student and I can 100% say that her growth and development wouldn’t be where it is without the amazing staff and MercyCare.” - Samantha Alexander
“Since my twins started to attend MercyCare the change in them has been amazing. They are growing to become confident and love the friendly atmosphere of the place. The environment at MercyCare makes learning fun and easy. All the staff are amazing, and my mind is at ease because I know Ben and Beth are in a safe place that they look forward to going to and having fun with their peers. Thank you for being a positive edition to the twins’ lives” - Deirdre Gill
