MercyCare / COVID-19 updates

Staying COVID-19 safe

The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is paramount.

As we have done throughout the pandemic, we are closely following expert health advice and putting safeguards in place to protect the MercyCare community from COVID-19.

By partnering closely together with our clients and their families, we can work together to stay informed and safe.

All MercyCare employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and we have been actively taking steps to protect the health of our staff, clients and community, including:

  • Following all up-to-date Government advice and mandates
  • Following COVID-19 safe practices and providing additional training to frontline staff to keep themselves and their clients safe, such as correct handwashing, hand sanitising, and heightened hygiene and cleaning
  • Providing all correct personal protective equipment required to keep safe
  • Promptly sharing updates from our services if there are any changes or news

It is important that you are supported and well informed on news and information.

We have collated credible resources on how you can stay safe and up to date.
