MercyCare recently celebrated the opening of our new Northern Hub in Currambine, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to providing exceptional care and fostering a connected and engaged workforce.
The new facility serves as a base of operations for our Home Care team, offering a centralised location that enables seamless coordination and delivery of person-centred care for our valued clients. Additionally, the hub provides a dynamic hot desk space for staff from various departments within the organisation, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Strengthening our presence and brand recognition in the northern region allows us to expand our community aged care services and reach more individuals who require our support.
Furthermore, the Northern Hub enables us to invest in the professional development of our dedicated staff. By collaborating with local Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), we can offer apprenticeships and on-site training, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Investing in our employees strengthens our team and ensures we provide our clients with the highest quality of care.
The opening of our new Northern Hub in Currambine represents a significant milestone in MercyCare’s journey, strengthening our presence in the northern region and expanding our reach to those in need. We are excited about its possibilities and look forward to the positive impact on our clients, staff, and the community.
