Retirement Village Living

At Mercy Village, we believe in building communities. Whatever your interests, we’ve got something for you

Community Centre

Our spacious community room forms the heart of Mercy Village. This is the space where people gather, friendships are formed, and life bubbles over.

The community space is also available to host private functions, with an outdoor BBQ for you to use, or you are welcome to bring in your favourite caterers to take advantage of the fully equipped commercial kitchen. You and your guests can enjoy drinks on the terrace with its gorgeous views of Lake Monger.

Social Activities

From carpet bowls to choir singing, we’ve organised a wide variety of social activities for you to pick and choose from. For lovers of news and editorial, there is a community newsletter waiting for your contribution. For mind mappers, there’s Mahjong. And some days, an organised morning or afternoon tea provides the perfect amount of activity.

And if you are looking for even more things to do, the Town of Cambridge offers a range of nearby community events and activities off-campus.

Mercy Village Library and Computer Access

Downstairs from the community centre, we have created a space for book lovers and tech afficionados alike. Come for a quiet space to relax and catch up on some reading or browse the internet with a cuppa.

Our onsite gym is equipped with standard machines, free weights, and exercise balls. The space is available for you to use with your physiotherapist or occupational therapist. with safety in mind, the gym is equipped with emergency buttons and a defibrillator for extra peace of mind.

If you want to get your body moving, our community centre has regular fitness classes you can join, including Tai Chi and aerobics.
