Yes – our trained disability support workers can come to your home and work with you to find a time and day that is convenient to you.

Our trained disability support workers can support you with a variety of everyday tasks, ranging home maintenance tasks such as tidying up, making beds, laundry, washing dishes, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming to meal planning and personal care. Read more about what we offer here.

Yes. We believe that being social and connecting with others in the community is important. Our trained disability support workers can assist you with social visits, going shopping or accompanying you to your favourite activity.

While the NDIS may seem tricky to navigate, the MercyCare Disability Services Team is here to take the complexity out of funding your services. We do this every day and understand how to get the most from your plan so you can achieve your goals. 

If you’d like help navigating the NDIS, MercyCare offers support coordination. A support coordinator can help organise your plan and maximise your funding.  Your support coordinator will tailor your disability support services so you can start achieving your goals and gain confidence to live independently.

You may be eligible for funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). To find out if you are eligible or to apply for an NDIS plan, visit www.ndis.gov.au or give our friendly team a call on (08) 9340 7281.

Yes we do! If you are eligible, we can fill out part 2 of your form so you can apply. Read our article all about Companion Cards here.

  1. Get in contact with MercyCare
  2. Chat with our helpful team to complete a referral form
  3. Arrange a face-to-face visit
  4. Once approved, commence your support services
