More about Kelly Oldfield
Kelly has over 10 years of experience as a behaviour consultant, Kelly Oldfield has worked with children aged 2 to 16, including those with complex and high-risk behaviours, such as ASD, DS, PTSD, ODD, FASD, and Tourette’s. Currently, Kelly supports Primary and High School Education Support Centres in WA, CEWA, and Child Care Centres in both metro and regional areas. In addition, Kelly runs workshops that upskill educators and assists with the implementation of individualized or organizational learning and behaviour support plans for children with a range of complex needs.
Kelly is the owner and director of Child Development and Behaviour Specialists, where she uses her extensive experience and qualifications to improve the lives of children and those around them. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies (Psychology) from Swinburne University, with a minor in Advanced Psychology and Indigenous Studies, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University. She has also completed Applied Behaviour Analysis Training Level 1 (ABA), a Certificate in CAS1X Noongar Language and Culture, Protective Behaviours Level 1 Training, Level 1(A) Mental Health First Aid Certification, and Trauma Informed Positive Behaviour Support (TIPBS) training.
