Easy Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken
For the marinade:
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice
- ½ tsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of dried dill
- ½ tbsp of white rice vinegar
- 3 tsp of honey
- ¼ tsp of salt
Method:
- Add all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Put the chicken in a baking tray and cover it with the marinade.
- Cover the tray with cling wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Remove the clingwrap and bake the chicken at 190C for approximately 25 to 30 minutes
