Given a fresh, vibrant and lively makeover, the website has been designed to make it user-friendly and easier to navigate so you can easily find information and get in touch with us.
The new website means we can also better tell our story about who we are, what we do and how we deliver compassionate and quality services that are essential to the WA community.
With more storytelling we can paint a picture of the people who both deliver and receive MercyCare’s diverse range of services.
“Story-telling is so powerful in conveying what we stand for as an organisation, the MercyCare culture and its values,” MercyCare Chief Executive Officer Anthony Smith said.
“To be able to tell stories of our dedicated and compassionate staff and volunteers, as well as the beautiful stories of our service users, is an opportunity to tell the story of the Western Australian community.”
MercyCare uniquely delivers a diverse range of services which needed to be reflected when building the site. To allow for ease of navigation within the larger site, subsites were created dedicated to key areas of the organisation including childcare, aged care, disability, foster care and community services.
There is also a dedicated careers and volunteer landing page, where those looking to join the MercyCare family and make a difference in their community can find available positions, submit an expression of interest or read about the amazing stories of our workforce who clearly demonstrate their passion and alignment to the MercyCare values.
“By showcasing on our website who we are, what we do, why we do it and what we believe in, we hope to attract those in the Western Australian community looking for a job that means something, where you can go home at the end of the day knowing that you truly made a difference and are creating positive change at the heart of the Western Australian community,” Mr Smith said.
