Piara Waters Centre is Now Open

After 18 months of hard work, the centre opened its doors on Wednesday 21 February, with Centre Manager Leah welcoming our new friend Elaina as the first child through the doors!

Elaina felt right at home and spent the day testing out the brand new resources and play equipment. She loved discovering everything about the new facility and gave it the tick of approval.

From sandpit to contemporary facility

What was once an empty block of land on the corner of Tuberose Road and Wright Road in Piara Waters has been transformed into a contemporary, purpose built facility that supports the early learning demands of this growing suburb.

Every element of the construction was carefully considered to create a purpose-built early learning centre where children can experience an exceptional early years education that sets them up for a strong start to their formal learning years.

Of course, a project like this doesn’t happen without the efforts of many people. To acknowledge these contributions, MercyCare welcomed special guests and dignitaries to an official opening ceremony in January. During the event, MercyCare CEO Anthony Smith extended his gratitude to the Early Learning team for their dedication to the project and to Victoria Basnett and Adam Roebuck who led the build.

We are so excited to welcome all of our new families to the centre in the coming weeks and months. Visit the website to learn more about MercyCare Early Learning Piara Waters, book a tour or enrol your child.
