Feedback QR Codes coming to all centres

The aim of the survey was to gain confidential feedback regarding care quality and service delivery across all MercyCare early learning centres.

We received an incredible 400+ responses, which enabled us to gather extremely valuable information and feedback that will support continuous improvement. As we reviewed the feedback it was clear there was a need for a more effective, on-going ‘complaints, compliments, and feedback’ process.

As a result of this feedback, we are implementing feedback QR codes at every centre. These QR codes will be located in the centre foyer near the sign in area and will allow families to easily and quickly provide confidential feedback at any time. Don’t have a QR code scanner? You can also find the link pinned to Xplor comms! Your feedback is important and will help us celebrate what is working and what areas may need our focus.  We hope this process will provide easier and more accessible ways for you to provide feedback about your experience with us.

If you have a serious concern or complaint, we ask that you still please contact your centre directly, and follow the ‘Family Grievance Process’, so it can be addressed promptly.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who provided feedback in the survey, this helps us strive to provide the best possible experience for you and your child.
