The MercyCare Excellence Awards is an opportunity for staff and volunteers to be celebrated for going above and beyond in their roles, live by the MercyCare values, and contribute significantly to the community.
In 2023, there were a record number of nominations from staff, volunteers and clients who wanted to acknowledge the hard working individuals and teams. From 145 nominations, the judges had the difficult task of selecting 9 award winners who stood out from the pack.
For the winners, it was an opportunity to be recognised in front of their peers on stage at the 2023 MercyCare Staff and Volunteer Day at Optus Stadium.
