Reconnect supports young people aged 12-18 years and their families who are experiencing family conflict or other issues which could eventually lead the young person being unable to stay at home.

The program uses early intervention strategies to address family conflict, strengthen relationships and help to stabilise living circumstances so that the young person can focus on their education, training or employment.

We can provide counselling, group work, mediation and practical support to the whole family.

Reconnect is a free service available in all suburbs and our qualified outreach workers can meet at a place and time which suits you and your family.  MercyCare covers most of the metro area; however, if you live in the Local Government areas of Victoria Park, Belmont, Swan or Kalamunda, follow this link to get support.

If you are in crisis, please contact Crisis Care  on 9223 1111 or 1800 199 008 (country free call)
