MercyCare launches new brand: When Life Needs

MercyCare has proudly unveiled our refreshed brand, When Life Needs, a bold new identity that reaffirms our promise to stand alongside Western Australians through every stage of life.

Life is full of moments; some joyful, some challenging, but all important. At MercyCare, we know these are the times when care, compassion, and connection matter most. Our new brand reflects this truth: When Life Needs, we are here.

Care in action, every day

Our refreshed brand is more than a new look, it’s a reminder of what we have always done. Care is not just a feeling, it’s an action.

  • It’s the toddler learning to share at one of our Child Care Centres.
  • It’s the safe home offered to a family in crisis.
  • It’s the personalised support that empowers a person with disability.
  • It’s the dignity and comfort we provide to an older person in their final years.

This is care in action, and it’s the heart of MercyCare.

A brand for today, grounded in our history

Since 1846, MercyCare has been part of WA’s story. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy, strong and determined women who cared for the vulnerable and fought for justice, we carry their spirit with us today.

While many people know us for aged care, MercyCare also provides child care, disability services, family support, and community services. Our new brand helps us share this full story with the Western Australian community.

Why When Life Needs?

In a world where social connection is low and loneliness is high, MercyCare is stepping forward with hands-on, practical, life-changing support. Our new brand is a reminder that whenever life needs care, dignity, and compassion, MercyCare is here.

Looking to the future

Refining our brand is about reclaiming our voice, purpose, and power so we can reach further and change more lives. With the support of our staff, volunteers, and community, we are proud to continue building a Western Australia where everyone feels supported, valued, and cared for.

Because when life needs, MercyCare is here.
