Family & Domestic Violence Outreach Program

No one should feel unsafe in their home or relationship.

No one should have to face family and domestic violence (FDV) alone. Our Outreach Case Management service provides personalised support for women and children who may not require refuge accommodation but still need guidance, safety planning, and connection to essential services.

We walk alongside people in the community, helping them take steps towards safety, stability, and independence while remaining in their own home or transitioning into new housing.  The service is fully funded by the Department of Communities and is delivered in Broome and surrounding areas, extending to Beagle Bay. There is no set timeframe on service engagement—support is tailored to each person’s needs for as long as required.

Through our Outreach Case Management Service, you can expect:

  • Individualised safety planning and practical support.

  • Assistance with referrals for housing and tenancy options.

  • Warm referrals to health, legal, and community services.

  • Parenting and family support tailored to your needs.

  • Guidance with Centrelink and financial assistance.
  • Compassionate case management to strengthen long-term wellbeing.
